Terrestrial laser scanner technology can acquire target three-dimensional spatial data in high-speed and high-precision.This new high-tech has a wide range of applications in mapping and other industry,such as Heritage conservation,building construction,model making,aerospace,industrial inspection,medical.However,some disturbance factors will be brought into the scan data inevitably in the scanning process.A large number of scholars also only concerned how much values the scanner can brought in engineering terms,ignoring analyzing the error so urces of the data and measuring the actual accuracy of the equipment.At present,we have not formed a sound standard for accuracy assessment and analysis of 3D laser scanning data,it is not conducive to long-term development of three-dimensional laser scanning technology.To solve these problems,the paper discuss access to the point cloud data and accuracy are as follows:First,summarize the advantages of three-dimensional laser scanning technology and research at domestic and foreign,introduced the scanner system structure and working principle,summarize terrestrial laser scanner instrument performance in detail,analyze the sources of error from gross errors,systematic errors,random errors and others.At last,Propose data precision determination standard;Second,make detail design and arrangements of the accuracy evaluation of the experimental In this paper,Including determining calibration field,equipment selection,target design,specially ball scanner designed,data acquisition,etc.At the final,make a show to the results of the scan.Third,Using VS2013 development platform and C ++ development language,write data processing program,such as point cloud data de-noising,extracting center,coordinate transformation,precision analysis and other steps.Fourth,against the research of point cloud model accuracy and single-point data precision,make a detail assessment for scanning resolution,reflective targets,ranging,environmental and other factors from noise,distance error and mean error.At last,summary and outlook.Sum up calibration thought and specific experimental methods and conclusions in this paper,propose future development directions for where there is shortage.
