Research On The Governance Of Urban Traffic Jam In System Dynamics Perspective

Urban traffic is an important link of urban development and construction,but also an important channel for urban people,logistics,information flow operation,to a large extent,it reflects a region’s economic,social and cultural development.But with the rapid development of urban economy in China,Chongqing and other major cities have appeared different degree of traffic congestion,With the result that the quality of life and work efficiency are decreased,but the rate of traffic accident is increased.At the same time,automobile exhaust,noise of whistle and other factors have enhanced the pollution of environment.Governance "traffic jams" plays an essential role to promote the healthy and rapid development of the city.Based on the background of this situation,this article mainly uses the method of System Dynamics,and builds urban traffic congestion system dynamics model,and brings the main measures into the model,analyzes the influence of the various measures of the degree of congestion,and come up with the opposite opinion that vehicle restrictions and road building can not solve with the problem of traffic jam.Then,depending on the simulation result of model and recent traffic situation of Chongqing,and taking urban traffic supply and demand into consideration,this paper has advanced a series of traffic measures and suggestions.In practical terms,this article through the three aspects of current traffic congestion,factors and measures of traffic jam,Take the traffic congestion in Chongqing city as an example,has conducted a series of tests and studies.First of all,this paper relies on the summary of the relative concepts on traffic jam and congestion evaluation standards at home and abroad,briefly analyzes the harm and the spread principle of jam,and taking Chongqing city as an example,discusses the development rule of urban traffic congestion,which provides a theoretical basis for the government of traffic jam.Secondly,with the method of Fault Tree Analysis,taken the problem of traffic jam as the top event,and based on the traffic outside factor,traffic inside factor and traffic main body,this paper have analyzed the factors of the traffic jam in our country,and recognized 25 key factors of traffic jam,and make the contraction with domestic and international traffic measures,which provides a practical basis for the analysis ofChongqing’s traffic measure.What’s more,taking advantage of the causation of every sub-modules and system elements,this paper have established causality graph and system flowchart,which provide the model basis for emulation analysis.Last but not least,introduced the relative traffic date of Chongqing city into the established system dynamics model of traffic jam,do the parameter estimation and test,this paper have concluded 8 traffic measures like strengthen the construction of the urban public traffic system,improve the Demand Management of automobile,scientific planning of urban traffic,improve the function of transportation infrastructure,construction of the urban Intelligent Traffic System,guide residents travel,improve the Department of transportation government management level,and improve the traffic qualities of drivers and residents and so on.
