A kind of red algae was collected from Da Lei,NanJidao,ZhejiangProvince,we conducted a detailed classification and identification,based on method of combining the morphological observation reproductive organs and molecular system analysis.The results show that :(1)the red algae is Rouge violacé,Le glissement de texture souple collé,slimy and cartilaginous in texture,17—20cm high,2-4cm wide;(2)main axes is compressed,A single unbranched or branched two fork,there have some small branch distribute in main axe and lateral branch which grow opposite or partial and length is different.in the end of the main axe is bradley and no branching.consisting of 4—6layers of cortex cells;(3)The carpogonial branch ampullae,auxiliary-cell ampullae are Grateloupia type,The tetrasporangia were divided cruciately;(4)Based on three genes rbcL,COI and UPA sequence analysis show that there have no intergeneric divergence in the eight specimens.in the tree of rbcL phylogenetic tree with G.subpectinata has the closest relative and belong to Grateloupia subpectinata-group;there is 14bp(1.3%)intergeneric divergence with the related species of G.subpectinata;According to the results of combining morphological observation and molecular sequence analysis,we considered it is a new species of genus Grateloupia and named it is Grateloupia daleiensis H.W.Wang sp.nov.A kind of red algae was collected from LuxunPark,Qingdao,Shandong Province,we conducted a detailed classification and identification,based on method of combining the morphological observation reproductive organs and molecular analysis.The results show that :(1)the red algae is purple or dark brown,slimy and cartilaginous in texture,18—23 cm high,main axes is compressed,The main and collateral axes has many zigzag branchlets;(2)The transverse sections were 80—100 ?m thick consisting of 5—8layers of cortex cells and solid medulla.;(3)Carpogonial branch ampullae,auxiliary-cell ampullae are Grateloupia type;(4)Based on rbcL gene and UPA gene constructed phylogenetic tree,the four samples of algae get together an independent branch,and positioned in a large Grateloupia clade of the Grateloupia americana group,which with G.asiatica has the closest relative.there is 18bp(1.5%)intergeneric divergence between G.prionita and G.asiatica;According to the result of morphology and molecular systems analysis can identified it is a new species,and named it is Grateloupia prionita H.W.Wang sp.nov.Detailed study individual biomass,frequency of reproductive plants,reproductive stage and rbcL gene on G.asiatica Kawaguchi et Wang distribution in four sites of Da Lian.The size,morphology and numbers of G.asiatica individual is different.The biomass of individual plants is changing.The individual plant begin to grow in March,the biomass is99 mg,and the maximum biomass is 1236 mg in October.Reproduction is seasonally from August to November.Reproductive structures are first formed on larger blades and,progressively,on smaller blades.The number of tetrasporophytes and gametophytes is virtually equal and the proportion is 1:1.And There is no difference of G.asiatica in the four studies based on the rbcL gene.
