As a new type of seabed terrain survey technology,the Multi-beam bathymetric technique has the characteristic of high efficiency,high precision and high resolution,and also plays a major part in the implementation of the National Marine strategy.Because of complexity and uncertainty of the marine environment,the quality of the final outcome not only depends on all kinds of advanced equipment,but also depends on the advanced data preprocessing technology.In addition,with the development of computer graphics,seabed terrain 3D visualization technology also obtained the widespread attention of researchers.In this paper some key technology of multi-beam bathymetric data processing and the seabed terrain 3D visualization are studied.The main contents and results are as follows:In this paper,a method for the test of the multi-beam echo sounding data,the test of the abnormal value of the sounding and the method of the modeling of the sea floor.Firstly,the sounding principle of multi beam sounding system is analyzed,and the main content of this article is to analyze the error sources.The main contents are: the velocity profile correction,the correction of the terrain sampling points,the tidal correction,and the instantaneous sea surface depth data.Then,various filtering methods are studied,which focused on the analysis of the trend surface filtering method and the method based on the robust M estimation of the moving weighted iterative filtering method for the detection of the anomaly detection effect.Finally,the rule mesh model of multi beam sounding data is constructed by using distance weighted interpolation method and Gauss weighted average interpolation method.The Delaunay irregular triangular mesh model is constructed by using the method of point insertion and triangle growth.On the basis of theoretical research,a multi beam sounding data post-processing program is wrote based on the C++ Visual programming and MATLAB method.Onthis platform,a variety of algorithms is implemented,such as the original multi beam data to remove,smooth,and so on.It also lays the foundation for the following processing of multi beam echo sounding data.
