Analysised On Plant Resources And Communities Diversity Of Cyperaceae In Jiangsu Province

We used the survey methods of step on,sampling plots and line transect,investigated the plant resources of Cyperaceae in Jiangsu Province by several field surveys.we arrangemented the specimens and date by consulting literature,analysised the composition and characteristics of Cyperaceae flora and the horizontal and vertical distribution patterns.We compared the relationship of Cyperaceae flora between Jiangsu and neighboring regions,using cluster analysis methed by SPSS 20.0.We analysised the species richness,species diversity and biomass and so on.The research may provide the scientific basis for scientific resources collecting,effective protection and using.The main results were as follows:1.The specimen collected include 119 species belonging to 16 genera of Cyperaceae plants in Jiangsu Province,accounting for 48.48%and 13.76%of species and genera of national Cyperaceae plants.There were 2 subfamilies and 6 tribes,and the distribution of Cariceae Nees,Scirpeae Kunth,Cypereae Nees were more,accounted for 93.28%of the total.The distribution types of genera and species were dominated by the world distribution,pan tropic distribution and temperate Asia distribution,have the transition from pan tropic distribution to Temperate zone.The Cyperaceae plants were concentrated in Lianyungang,Yancheng area and Nanjing,Changzhou area.The Cyperaceae plants were mainly distributed in the lower elevation,which were related with the habitat,climate and rainfall closely.2.The similarity degree of the genera and species between Jiangsu Cyperaceae plants and other 8 neighboring areas was high,the similarity coefficient of genera except Henan Province was more than 0.8 and similarity coefficient of species except Fujian Province was mas more than 0.5,the results showed that the relationship was closed between Jiangsu and neighboring areas.The abundance index was smaller of Cyperaceae flora in Jiangsu Province compared with neighboring areas,but the land of Jiangsu was smaller,the species richness was high,relatively.The distribution type of genra of 9 areas were both Pantropic and Temperate Asia indicating that the floristic composition were closed among the 9 regions.The result of cluster analysis showed that Anhui,Shandong,Jiangxi,Fujian and Hubei clustered into one group;Henan clustered into another single group;Zhejiang and Hunan clustered into one group.The distribution type of clustering patterns was similar with the genra of Pantropic in different regions.3.We found 5 new records:Carex Lanceolata var.subpediforniis Kukenth.,Carex heterolepis Bunge,Carex alba Soop.,Carex foraminata C.B.Clarke,Cyperus tenuiculmis bocklr.and 2 variants by field surveys.4.The Cyperaceae plants could be divided into 25 communities.The species diversity of community was high relatively,and the Shannon-Wiener index was between 0.75 to 2.63.There had a positive correlation among the change of Pielou richness index and Patrick evenness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index,Simpson dominance index,and had a negative correlation between Pielou richness index and Simpson diversity index.Multiple comparison analysis showed that the change between Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Simpson diversity index were similar,and no significant difference between the total coverage of plant communities.Correlation analysis among a-diversity indices showed that the diversity of plant communities in different habitats was mainly influenced by the dominance.The percentage of biomass ranged from 2.98%to 5.29%of different communities,and the communities in different habitats distributed in the Mountain forest had the maximum biomass,accounting for 40.16%.5.The plant resources of Cyperaceae were abuntant,they could be classified into medicinal plants,ornamental plants,forage plants,energy plants and so on.
