In recent years,with the Government 2.0 is put forward which is characterized by user—centered and service—oriented,in order to providing personalized services on the right time and in right place,it is very important to comb and integrate the population data resources which is separated in various government departments and to master spatio—temporal information of the population throughout the whole life cycle.Aiming at the deficiencies in information management of population,we study the theory and technology on holographic data model and profile of population for personalized service.The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)We summarize the research status of information resource management of population.Based on the introduction of the population holographic data management model,such as Hierarchical Holographic Model and Lifecycle Model,user classification portrait theory and the relevant spatio—temporal analysis method,we make a definition of the population holographic space—time data.(2)Based on the analysis of the public service of government,we come up with the population business classification system.Besides,the population business data is combed,described and abstracted.Most of all,the population holographic data model and throughout the whole lifecycle of population is designed with four elements,namely natural person,organization,license and incident.In addition,we design the database based on the holographic data model(3)According to and the characteristics of the population holographic data,combined with geo-visualization,we propose a series of visual analyses for different relational dimensions,including human—human,human—license,human—organization and human—incident.Besides,We design the population classification portrait index system with four dimensions,namely natural person,organization,license and incident,by discussing the rules of population classification portrait and analyzing the E—government personalized service and the data characteristics.Based on it,we give out the examples of the population classification portrait.(4)From the perspective of single and multi factor spatio-temporal analysis,we explore the application of massive population holographic spatio—temporal data gathered from the population holographic data model in spatio—temporal analysis from macro statistical population level.Then,we give the demonstration of single and multi factor spatio-temporal analysis with the existing population data of mobility and low-income population respectively.It provides a reference for the application of massive population data from the pattern of big depth data application to meet the comprehensive multi application system to the pattern of small primary data application for single system application.
