Weather changes is closely related to people’s lives,directly afecting the people engaged in productive labor,transportation,aerospace and other activties.A variety of severe weather had given the people’s lives and property,industrial and agricultural production huge losses of public facilities.Meanwhile,global climate warming have become increasingly prominent,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather climate events and actively respond to climate change,defense of extreme weather disasters has become the greatest challenge facing human survival.So how accurate,timely,continuous detailed monitoring of atmospheric conditions and forecast severe weather to be hot issues,all countries have accelerated the construction of meteorological observation system integrated.In this paper,high-altitude weather monitoring system is currently the technical features and design principles of the system and a more in-depth analysis.Studied and summarized high-altitude weather monitoring on the traditional system of humidity collection methods.On this basis,uses a hardware and software compensation method to effectively solve the temperature is too low due to high altitude led to condensation and humidity sensors have seriously affected the accuracy of collected humidity problems.Through simulation experiment the feasibility of the method is verified.Given the current highaltitude weather monitoring system of communication and positioning can not collect valid data and real-time location data of the shortcomings,using GPRS technology to send and receive data collection and monitoring module of the position,speed and altitude real-time transmission of meteorological data to monitoring stations,using GPS technology to monitor data and location data,time data correspond,and designed weather monitoring system PC interface.PC users can visualize and monitor the weather information.The system can overcome the complex geographical constraints,accurate,efficient and real-time monitoring of high-altitude weather.The practical application shows that the system can meet the performance indicators meteorological monitoring stations,and has broad application prospects,application and promotion of the system can bring significant social economic benefits.
