| With the rapid development of economy,our country is facing the problem of water resources shortage.Because of the rapid increase of the water consumption,it’s becoming more and more common to exploit groundwater resources to provide the water for life and engineering.The traditional water wells have been unable to meet the increasing water consumption in the exploitation of groundwater.The radiation well is widely use and has been rapidly development because of its obvious features of water in recent years.As the k ey equipment,the horizontal drilling machine plays an important role in the process of radiation well excavation.However,there are still many problems in the design and construction of the drilling rig,because the immaturity of related core technologie s.In this paper,the innovative design of horizontal drilling rig adopts SAPB/TRIZ/Taguchi design methods which is widely used in the world,and gets the new design scheme to mprove drilling function in the finally.The main research contents are as follows :In order to get principle solution of radiation well horizontal drilling machine.In this paper,we combine the SAPB design method and the black box method to analyze the total function of the rig,and use function based content to express function;Then,the total function of the rig is decomposed by using the function structure diagram,Until the solution can be obtained.The principle solution of every partial function is determined by the functional morphological mapping matrix,and combined with the specific situation get the total design.Building a model structure diagram using three-dimensional software in the finally.Aiming at the problems existing in the front support structure of the horizontal well drilling rig,and the evolution of the function development of the drilling rig in the design process.Using TRIZ in the conflict matrix,object-field analysis,evolution theory and other tools for innovative design of drilling rig.Finally,get the new improvement scheme.The new generation of horizontal drilling rig has greatly improved the work efficiency,which can not only achieve the rotation movement,but also has the impact function.However,the two kinds of motion of the drilling rig are not coordinated in the work,because of the limited techno logy and the problems in the design process.So,To avoid the emergence of the problem,the Taguchi design method is used to design the core components,and the best design parameter combination is obtained.Because result of a large force in the during of horizontal drilling rig construction.As the main supporting structure of the horizontal drilling rig,the strength of the main frame is related to the stability of the rig.The static stress of the main frame of horizontal drilling rig is analyzed by Solidworks Simulation finite element software.In order to meet the requirements of drilling,the structural defects are improved.In this paper,the design of the horizontal well drilling rig from the total design to the specific structural components is studied by using several design methods.At the same time,in order to improve the total function of the rig,it is necessary to solve the existing problems,and get the corresponding research program.For the development of horizontal drilling rig made a significant contribution. |
