Innovative design is the fundamental way to improve product competitiveness.Independent innovation,methods first,the use of innovative methods can accelerate the emergence of innovative ideas.TRIZ theory is a powerful tool to solve the problem of invention.Bionics is a new subject,which using excellent evolutionary results of natural organisms to carry out innovative design.So the innovative design method that integrated TRIZ theory and bionics can promote the innovation of product conceptual design.For the construction of innovative design methods based on TRIZ theory and bionics integration,the main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the similarity judgment model that between biological function system and technical function system was established by functional analysis.Bionic knowledge base,describing the biological case and TRIZ innovation principle by case-based reasoning,was constructed based on TRIZ theory and biological case by summarizing and analyzing the principle of natural biological conflict resolution and the way of TRIZ theory solving the problem.The process model of analog bionic concept design,which based on TRIZ,was constructed by using principle of analogical source design.It was used to transform engineering problems into TRIZ problems and obtained TRIZ principle solution by analogy solving process.Then the bionic source for solving engineering problems was obtained with the support of bionic knowledge base.Then,extension and coupled bionics were introduced to analyze the bionic model.The bio-coupled functional extension tree model was composed of the bio-coupled element extension model that established by using matter-element theory of extension and the bio-coupled extension model that established by using matter-element theory of extension.The contribution degree judgment model of bio-coupling elements was constructed by analytic hierarchy process,and the contribution degree of bio-coupling elements to the realization of bio-function was obtained by judgment model.The bio-coupled functional extension tree model and the contribution degree judgment model of bio-coupling elements provide tools for biological model analysis.Finally,the existing problems of horizontal drilling rigs in radial wells were transformed into standard TRIZ problems and the principle solution was obtained,for the problems of the existing horizontal drilling rigs in radiation wells,which are too heavy and difficult to operate.Several bionic examples were obtained in the support of bionic knowledge base,and cicada wings were determined as the final bionic example by the similarity judgment model.The extension analysis of cicada wing was carried out by using the extension analysis theory of bionic model and the structure coupling element of cicada wing vein was determined as the main coupling element by calculating the contribution degree of the coupling element.The three-dimensional model of horizontal drilling rig base of radiation well was established by using the structural coupling element of cicada wing and vein as the bionic model.Through finite element analysis,the weight,maximum stress and maximum deformation of the base of horizontal drilling rig in imitation cicada wings and veins were reduced,and the specific strength,specific stiffness and specific structural efficiency were improved compared with those of traditional horizontal drilling rig base in radiation wells.The feasibility of innovative design method based on the integration of TRIZ and bionics was verified.
