Radiation well is a kind of large well consisting of a shaft and a plurality of horizontal radiant tubes,while horizontal drilling rig is the core equipment for laying radiant tubes.With the vigorous development of infrastructure construction in recent years,horizontal drilling rigs with good engineering adaptability have also made considerable progress.At present,the research on horizontal drilling rigs is mainly focused on the realization of engineering technology and the optimization of components,while the design of horizontal drilling rigs was carried out by using three design methods: QFD,TRIZ and DOE in this project.The horizontal drilling rig was studied from the point of view of user demand and modern design method to provide some reference for the horizontal drilling rig enterprises to better connect the market and shorten the development cycle.(1)In order to obtain the key technical characteristics of the horizontal drilling rig,the user requirements and technical characteristics of the horizontal drilling rig were analyzed through the QFD House of quality model.By using affinity graph and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the original user demand of horizontal drilling rig,the user demand and its weight of horizontal drilling rig were obtained.The technical characteristics of the horizontal rig were analyzed by using the independent collocation method combined with the user demands and technical characteristics relationship matrix to obtain the importance of technical characteristics.The logical relationship between technical characteristics was obtained by establishing the autocorrelation matrix of technical characteristics.The credibility of each data was judged by a comprehensive assessment of the quality house.The credibility of each data was judged by comprehensively evaluating the house of quality.According to the technical characteristics and its importance,three key technical characteristics of horizontal drilling rig were obtained,including adding automatic rod loading device,optimizing the structure and parameters of load-bearing components,and adding automatic commutation device.(2)The function analysis and conflict analysis in TRIZ were applied to innovative design of the two key technical characteristics: adding automatic rod loading device and adding automatic commutation device.The function analysis was used to obtain the function model of the horizontal drilling rig and the conceptual design information of the loading device and the reversing device.The conflict analysis was used to solve the conflict between technical characteristics and obtain the design scheme of the reversing device and the rod loading device.(3)The test design method of DOE was used to optimize the key technical characteristics of optimizing the structure and parameters of load-bearing components.The Orthogonal test combined with ANSYS Workbench simulation was used to optimize the layout of stiffeners in the load-bearing system composed of rotary platform,vertical bracket and transverse bracket,and the optimum form of stiffeners for load-bearing system was obtained.On this basis,the response surface optimization method based on experimental design was used to optimize the Rotary Platform parameters of platform thickness,stiffener height and stiffener thickness.which further reduced the maximum equivalent stress,maximum deformation and mass of the rotary platform,and improved the safety and stability of the load-bearing system.
