Lipoic acid in the medical profession is called universal antioxidant,research has shown that mice kidney lipoic acid can remove the reactive oxygen species,the role of the antioxidant lipoic acid has been confirmed on the cell culture,but not on mouse embryos in vitro developmental research.1.Each treatment group 2-cell rate has no obvious difference(P<0.05),the growth rate of 1.25 ? M process group is the best,including 8-cell rate and blastocyst rate were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2.Oxidative damage in embryo,Cu-Zn SOD,CAT Prx1,Prx3 mRNA expression level decreased obviously(P<0.05)but Prx5 mRNA expression level increased significantly(P<0.05);When the oxidative damage embryo lipoic acid treatment,the CAT,Mn SOD,GPX-4,Prxl mRNA expression level increased significantly(P<0.05),but Prx5 decreased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.1.25 ?M lipoic acid is the most suitable concentration of mice in vitro.2.lipoic acid can promote a specific amount of mRNA expression of antioxidant enzymes in H2O2 oxidation injury embryos,Cu-Zn SOD has no obvious change(P>0.05).
