Study On Evaluation Of Intensive Use Of Sea Area Based On Gis And Variable Fuzzy Model

The unreasonable development of marine resources often leads to the unreasonable layout of the sea economy,the obvious difference in the use efficiency of the sea area and the great damage to the marine ecosystem.Therefore,it has important practical significance to the intensive use of the area to discusses how to realize the rationalization of the utilization structure of the sea area and improve the economic efficiency of the sea area.Based on the connotation of land intensive use and related theory,this paper review the land intensive utilization of domestic and foreign research present situation and developing trend,analyses the influencing factors of land use,elaborated the connotation of intensive land use,study the evaluation method for the intensive utilization of land,analyze the mechanism of land intensive use and the potential for intensive land and practice the land intensive use area etc.On the basis of reference and reference to the current research methods of land intensive use,this paper discusses the concept and connotation of intensive use of sea areas,according to the characteristics of the use of the waters from the ocean,this paper establish the evaluation index system of intensive use area by analysis marine input intensity,utilization intensity,the economic benefits and marine use structure.The weight of each index is determined by combining entropy weight method and non structural decision fuzzy set theory model,based on the variable fuzzy evaluation method,the paper makes an evaluation of the intensive use of the sea areas in 6 coastal cities of Liaoning in order to provide some reference for optimizing the structure of marine space utilization and promoting the rational utilization of marine resources.The research showed that from 2004 to 2014,Liaoning coastal economic belt cities waters and intensive utilization is fluctuate,the waters around the intensive utilization conditions continue to improve,Peak regional spatial differentiation is obvious,the space effect is remarkable.On this basis,using ArcEngine to build new applications of geographic information system to provide more reference for the evaluation of intensive use of sea areas.Evaluation of intensive use of sea area of Liaoning coastal economic belt has enriched the research achievements of intensive utilization.To strengthen the construction of sea ecological civilization and development of sea area ecological economy;To conduct a comprehensive area function division,rationally develop and utilize Marine resources.
