Over recent years,increases in boreholes during the exploration of deep-seated minerals and in drilling depth have brought about some challenges such as drilling inefficiency and high rate of drilling accidents.For example,operators have always gained surface drilling parameters only through mechanical instruments so that supervision data cannot be made inaccurate.This paper,titled as “a study on the parameter-monitoring system for drilling process of full-hydraulic core drilling machines with CSD1300L”,is guided by automatic,intelligent core-drilling technology and equipment R&D.It is designed to develop a set of parameter supervision system on core-drilling process.This system is featured by real-time data monitoring and early warning for exceptional cases.Details of the paper are as follows:First,upgrade the CSD1300 L hydraulic system.The main drive of drills in the laboratory is based on hydraulic transmission,meaning that all systems of drills are controlled by electrical and hydraulic pilot system and monitored by electrical system.Electric proportional control module is added to drilling machines on the basis of manual control.This control module includes HPV41 multiple unit valve with filling and tail ones.Given that,we can smartly check positive and negative rotation of power head and accelerate its pace of motivation through electric proportional control system of multiple unit valves.Next,make a hydraulic principle analysis of floating technologies when loading and unloading drill pipes.The traditional drill pipes enable all the weights of power heads to be put on their bolts.As a result,manual adjustment of floating relief valves threatens to inaccurately control pitches of feed cylinder.Given this,this paper comes up with upgrading floating power heads.Electric proportional control of master valves means the opening of power-head motor valves and proportional throttle valves depends on controllers.Direction is checked by feed cylinders,while the degree of accuracy is controlled by proportional throttle valves.As such,feed cylinders or pressure cylinder can gain a pitch parameter after power heads rotate a circle.Then,meet design demand for drilling monitor by selecting proper I/O module,joysticks,programmable controller and display screen.Besides,we have selected related sensors to help monitor drilling parameters.That's why we can collect and supervise data during the drilling process.These parameters contain bit pressure,pumping pressure,speed,pump volume and torque.At last,develop systematic software for monitoring and controlling data during the drilling process.This means that the CAN field bus technology needs to transfer data collected by RC12—10/30 master controlling can been transferred to master computers.The PCC can offer real-time supervision,storage,handling & control of drilling parameters as well as real-time early warning of exceptional cases during the drilling process through AS,the B&R software and human-machine interface.
