Under the macro-back ground of promoting the supply-side structural reform and reducing enterprise cost of real economy,the Ministry of Communications proposes intensive and efficient service platforms.The logistics park can finish the resource integration,including production,transportation and labor resource from many small and medium-sized enterprises,and provide large-scale,specialization management and service.It has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises,and create a new platform,which can develop shared economy and integrate resource.As a kind of expression of agglomeration economy,The logistics park can effectively improve regional economic development.The key nodes of the regional road networks have strong influence on the location cost and trade cost of logistics park.So that,the recognition and analysis of nodes should be considered carefully during the site selection process.The enterprises in the logistics park seize the opportunity of making alliances,and maximize the input-output ratio.They balance benefits allocation and ensure that the alliance has a long-term,stable,harmonious and efficient operation.As a result,it is necessary to establish a fair and reasonable contract mechanism,between logistics park and logistics enterprises,to ensure that the alliance has a healthy and sustainable development.In this paper,we take A city as an example,which regards accelerating the transformation and upgrading of logistics service as an opportunity,and coordinates the sustainable development among different industries.I am going to take a different approach named two stage location,which includes analysis of the regional road network and alliances among logistics enterprises.In the first stage,I will do an analysis of regional road network and recognize the global critical nodes.Specifically,the actual transportation network can be abstractly represented as a topological diagram,employing software AUTOCAD,based on the complex networks theory.According to the factors effecting industrial distribution,I take the nodal as the study object and select four attribute indexes,which includeslogistics quantity,weighted degree,betweenness and traffic flow load.Calculate and analyse the adjacency matrix employing Pajek,and program the self-organizing competitive neural network with the MATLAB software.The data will be classified and located by cluster analysis,so that the key nodes can be screened.In the second stage,I will construct an alliance among regional enterprises by applying to principal-agent theory.And then,compose the interest distribution function in the situation of information symmetry to determine location of a logistics park by comparing the input-output ratio.In the case of asymmetric information,the benefits distribution can not reach the Pareto Optimality.In this paper,the author use industrial cluster theory to guide the two stage location of logistics park.From the theoretical perspective,the study explicates logistics industry cluster is an extension of logistics enterprise alliance,and establishes the fundamental role of logistics park forming principle.From the view of practical application,the way named two stage location riches site selection methods.
