| With the rapid development of the times,people pay more and more attention to the quality of education,from the beginning of the situation that any university is ok,to the present to go to college that is suitable for ourselves.Then there is a problem,how do we understand which university is suitable for ourselves? In order to provide the public with a reference,many institutions have made different ways of university ranking system.But so far,no institution has adopted the structural equation model theory to do the relevant work.In order to enrich the ranking system,and in order to make the relevant ranking method more diversified,this paper adopts the structural equation model theory to a province of agriculture in the province of colleges and universities.The first chapter of this paper describes the current domestic five major university ranking institutions evaluation index system.In the second chapter,we introduce the theory of structural equation modeling,its basic ideas and modeling steps.Chapter 3 summarizes the divergence of causality.In the chapter 4,based on structural equation model,we use the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to rank the university in some province.We chose 3 first class indicators organizing scientific research,personnel training and comprehensive reputation,11 second class indicators organizing the number of national key disciplines,the number of core journal papers and national reputation.Based on the original data of 25 universities of a large agricultural province that can summarize the education level,we make data standardization and use theory of structural equation model so that the weights of 11 second class indicators are received.Then,according to expert opinion,we get the weights of 3 first class indicators.Finally,through weighted average method,every school scores are calculated and rankings can be given in turn.It provides a reference to people who are on the intention to choose an university. |
