System Construction Of Special Marine Protected Area

The Ocean is an important area for human survival and development,excessive exploitation and utilization of marine resources,serious pollution of the marine environment,serious damage to the marine environment and resources.In order to better protect and sustainably use marine resources,a special marine protected area has been established.Marine special protected areas are effective measures to protect the marine natural environment,natural resources and biodiversity,and ensure the sustainable use of marine resources.The marine special protected area has its own attributes and irreplaceability,compatibility,and uniqueness.The construction and management of marine special protected areas is a long and arduous task.It not only involves the implementation of national laws,regulations and policies,but also involves the interests of the local government and the masses.Faced with this rapid development of marine economy and valuable marine resources and environmental protection between the deep-seated contradiction,the urgent need for sustainable use of marine resources for the purpose of building a number of marine special protected areas,fully realized in a few rare natural resources and ecology Environmental protection,at the same time,in a wider range of coordination and management of marine resources development and environmental protection,to achieve the marine economy,social and ecological environment coordinated development.However,at present,China has formed a marine protected area regulatory system that is dominated by the marine nature reserve and the marine special protection zone system.However,there are still room for improvement and modification in the development of the marine special protection zone system and regulations.In this paper,the author discusses the following problems in the case of the special protection zone of the mountainous islands in Putuo in Zhejiang Province.This paper puts forward some conception of the construction of the relevant system of marine special protected areas,the first part is the legal basis and its value of the construction of the special protection zone of the mountainous islands in Putuo,Zhejiang Province,and the second part is the status quo of the construction of Zhejiang Putuo marine special protection zone.Part III: Problems with the System of Marine Special Protected Areas.The fourth part puts forward the idea of perfecting the system of marine special protection zone.
