| Medium based on X-ray detection technology is currently in the field of medical treatment,health,such as industrial production widely used non-contact detection of one of the mainstream way.The X-ray detection technology studied in this paper is based on the nature of X-ray and the attenuation law after penetrating the object.A kind of X-ray detection device applied in the petroleum industry is designed and then assisted by the corresponding solid medium identification algorithm,Thus forming a complete X-ray media identification system for the oil industry to provide an accurate and efficient detection method.This article mainly adopted the combination of high and low two level X ray detection method,using this way can the atomic number of tested material and density,which can identify both at the same time also can eliminate the influence of thickness of detection results.The X-ray detection system mainly includes: X-ray excitation part and back-end multichannel signal processing part,combining the corresponding media recognition algorithm,complete the effective recognition of the medium.Research done X-ray excitation device and the backend multichannel signal processing system.X-ray excitation device includes: high pressure as well as the filament current part.High pressure part mainly includes: PWM controller,high-frequency transformer driver module and doubler rectifier module,etc.,this part is mainly to provide needed for radiation generated by X ray tube poles of the high pressure.And the filament current part mainly provide stable,conforms to the standard of the filament current,the two work together to produce a stable x-rays.Backend is mainly composed of multi-channel signal processing parts:primary signal processing part,the ADC conversion,pulse peak detection,peak data separation,through dual port RAM with ARM communication function modules,such as the final form material characteristic spectral lines,to achieve the purpose of identifying medium.After finished the first two parts mainly work,set up within the laboratory simulated downhole formation environment of experimental platform,through the indoor test of main device stability and background noise,the data acquisition time,ray tube voltage current parameters,as well as other factors,such as penetration test,ray excitation device ready for formal medium test experiment.The last and most important is to simulate the underground formation environment,the sand body identification control experiment,and analyzed theexperimental data,verify the correctness and the effectiveness of the developed device,but also for the next step optimization to provide a reliable basis for the device... |
