As the basis of geographic information data, the security and sharing of digital remote sensing images have been an important research topic for various experts and scholars in different countries. Based on the characteristics of digital remote sensing images and related policies about remote sensing information in both our country and foreign countries, this paper analyzed the composition of remote sensing information.It illustrated influencing factors of information quantity. Thus, this paper proposed the sensitive information of digital remote sensing image. Various factors are quantified through digital image processing and proved by relevant experiments, which verified the efficiency and feasibility of this method that can detect and estimate the sensibility of remote sensing images.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis include:(1) This paper analyzed mathematical models of remote sensing information and human visual characteristics when coming across sensitive information. Based on which,it proposed the meaning of sensitive information of remote sensing image and demonstrated the factors that affect the sensitive information contents in the remote sensing image, including the sensitivity level, area, timeliness of geographical object,resolution, clarity and noise pollution of remote sensing images. It analyzed the influences of each factor in terms of information contents and proposed that influences of the sensitivity of remote sensing image data are diversified and complicated. Thus, the sensitivity criterions of remote sensing images are concluded.This calculation quantifies the effects of impacting factor on remote sensing images and gives a sensitivity measurement formula of remote sensing image.(2) Based on the research of influencing factors of the sensitivity of remote sensing images, this paper proposed the calculation of geographic objects’ sensitive coefficient, definition coefficient, image clarity based on 3D tensor, image signal to noise ratio based on image partition. The above algorithm is suitable for the special condition of remote sensing data by experiments. It has strong robustness and the measured result is more convincing.(3) Development and experimental analysis of digital image sensitive information content calculation system. This system can operate data management,image sensitive target query and image sensitive information calculation for any remote sensing images. According to the positioning of sensitive information,it can provide the quantitative degree of sensitivity as well, which empower the information of different sensitive places with comparability. The construction of the system successfully realized the automation of computer for remote sensing data processing,which is helpful to promote reasonable sharing of remote sensing images.
