Today is the time of the Internet,the rapid development of information technology,people's demand for weather information is also higher and higher,the meteorological department invested a lot of time and effort to develop public meteorological service products which more in-depth ?more widely ?more precise and more professional to satisfy the requirements of the public.In the present meteorological science and technology,data assimilation technique and higher resolution numerical weather prediction model and integration technical can provide good meteorological services,meteorological services on the basis of research and development will also be popular,to the effectiveness of the meteorological service in the Internet era.This paper according to the Austria ZAMG(Zentralanstalt für Meteoro-logie und Geodynami)and Beijing Meteorological Bureau jointly developed RMAPS-IN(Rapid-refresh Multi-Scale Analysis and Prediction System-Integration)product output elements of numerical forecast to explanation applying and secondary development,development and application of 1km fine grid elements forecast products to meteorological services in Beijing.This work is based on the new concept,new formats and new products of gridded forecasting,combined with the new requirements of the reform of meteorological service system,carry out a variety of product design and development of meteorological service,fine service products,to improve the capital of meteorological service space-time resolution and scientific connotation.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the secondary development of RMAPS-IN gridded data,realize the transformation from scientific research to service products.The development of the city of Beijing 1km grid Heating Meteorological index,10 minutes fast update in the future 12 hours and hourly precipitation forecast and analysis products,comprehensive weather,environment and competition requirements of golf index products ?fine heating meteorological index such as a variety of new products,has been used in the meteorological service and has made a good effect.(2)In television,telephone,SMS and other traditional media for meteorological service exports no longer satisfy the modern needs of meteorological information acquisition,it is replaced by the new media WeChat,micro-blog,APP and other Internet based mobile phone.For a major change in service mode in the future,based on user experience and product design method based on two kinds of Internet users demand prototype,using characteristics of RMAPS-IN quality of meteorological big data,to design scheme and the appropriate service products of city waterlogging and travel one day of Beijing suburb.(3)According to the urgent demand which the big city drainage weather service for short-time imminent strong rain precipitation warning and the process of rainfall subtle weather forecast,using RMAPS-IN 1km precipitation gridded data forecasting and access to advanced ICM waterlogging model.The model is more detailed to describe the surface,and there are many kinds of surface runoff and infiltration algorithm.The waterlogging risk warning graphics product development based on RMAPS-IN and ICM on the level of the fine grid points can reach a resolution of 50 meters.The graphic products are applied in the meteorological service of Beijing drainage group,and the effect is good.(4)Analyze the correlation between the weather and the Beijing GuoAn football home match.We are find that daily average temperature at 17-20 degrees,the daily average relative humidity in the 50-60%,the maximum wind speed is less than 3 grade,the average daily air pressure is lower than a standard atmospheric pressure,the GuoAn's home match to win the maximum probability.According to the characteristics of golf,considering thunderstorm,wind,precipitation,visibility,body temperature,ultraviolet radiation intensity and PM2.5 concentration,the concentration of negative ions and other factors,the application of RMAPS-IN hourly 1km grid data are calculated and the development of golf index products,through the mobile phone's APP to publish and expand the new service project.In a word the above work of scientific research result to apply the city drainage system? public travel life meteorological index and meteorological service for sports fields and so on,and gradually achieve operational,to further enhance the effect of meteorological service quality,and public satisfaction.
