The surface drifting buoy is widely used in the understanding of the ocean,the study of the oceans and the development and utilization of the oceans because of its small size,light weight,easy operation,simple operation,wide application range,long working life and reasonable cost.However,due to surface drifting buoys by the small size,wide range of applications,long working hours,complex and changing marine environment and disposable instruments and other conditions,so people are still on the surface drift buoy in all aspects of improved design.In this paper,a new type of surface drifting buoy is proposed,which has the advantages of small size,high reliability,simple operation,high precision,wide application,good concealment,low power consumption and low cost.The basic four component of the new surface drifting buoy is the drogue,the fixed depth system,the buoy body of full filled surface drifting buoy and the positioning communication module.Firstly,the paper introduces the development of the drogue,and the drogue was carried out on the relevant sea trials to get reliability.Then the paper discusses the innovative design of the buoy body of full filled surface drifting buoy,the design of the buoy is based on the use of SolidWorks and ANSYS software to model and analyses the shape of the gourd and the shape of the cylindrical buoy.The results show that the gourd buoys are more rational and more efficient than the conventional cylindrical buoy;Then,the design method or improvement scheme of FRP material selection,foaming filling fixation,surface hydrophobicity and concealment of buoy body of full filled surface drifting buoy are proposed.The development and implementation of the positioning communication module is the difficulty and innovation of this paper,the hardware design must consider the whole system indicators,including the power consumption of the system,GPS data acquisition,data transmission modules of iridium positioning association,In order to realize the power consumption of the system,a large number of chips with low power consumption and high performance characteristics have been selected;In the software design,the realization of the system duty circuit is discussed,in order to achieve low power consumption,positioning communication module for a long time in a sleep state,when the working time through the DS3231 chip wake-up function.According to the main requirements of GPS positioning data acquisition and Iridium positioning data transmission,the corresponding design scheme is put forward,and the design scheme of the initial power test and the communication software of the host computer is realized.Finally,the feasibility of positioning communication module is verified by experiments.At the end of this paper,the whole system of new surface drifting buoy is discussed.Since the new surface drifting buoy has been applied to the actual water survey,it can be concluded that the new surface drifting buoy can better meet the needs of the comprehensive investigation and observation...
