Gas mask is an important personal protective equipment to protect human respiratory organs,eyes and face.The gas mask cover more complex internal structure,the suction effect,cover deformation will occur in the local area,influence the distribution of gas mask cover in the flow channel,and lower cover lenses antidimming effect.This paper adopts computer simulation analysis of fluid,fluid flow and distribution of cover body trajectory,while the convection on the basis of the analysis of one-way FSI analysis and fluid on the cover body structure analysis of heat exchange,and the existing cover structure is proposed to improve the program.In this article,the gas flow of distribution in the gas mask is analyzed by computer fluid dynamics.First of all,the basic characteristics of the fluid in the mask,the control equation and its discretization and the choice of the three-dimensional turbulence model are determined.Then using UG 3D drawing software,the three-dimensional model of the structure of the gas mask cover and the fluid domain model are established by reasonable simplification,and the grid is divided by the professional software ICEM CFD.Finally,on the ANSYS Workbench platform,through the computer fluid analysis software CFX,the numerical simulation of the fluid flow trajectory and the analysis of the gas mask cover is carried out.Through the analysis,we get the distribution of fluid flow at each moment in the case of an inspiratory cycle,and verify the feasibility and reliability of the simulation method.In this thesis,on the ANSYS Workbench platform,through the computer fluid analysis software CFX and static analysis module Static Structural one-way fluid structure coupling analysis.The numerical simulation of the deformation degree and the size of the deformation of the mask body structure of the existing design.On the basis of the above,the influence of the deformation of the mask cover body on the fluid channel is compared with the different mask cover structures(including the guide wing,the groove and the reinforcement).By combining these factors,an improved model is developed to increase the wing and groove of the mask cover structure and to reinforce the bottom of the mask cover body.The model can reduce the deformation of the mask cover structure and improve the flow of the fluid.At last,in this paper according to the improved structure model,using computational fluid analysis software CFX for heat transfer analysis,analysis of the original mask cover,increase the groove mask cover structure and improved mask cover structure under fluid convective heat transfer and the cover of antidimming impact.Numerical simulation results show that three kinds of different structure of case cover eyes on the window,and under the effect of antidimming three regions are not the same;the improved model,the more air to flow,it had the best effect.
