Design And Research Of Provincial Emergency System GIS Platform

With the development of society and economy,Our country enters gradually“High incidence of public emergencies”and“Social high risk perio” ? How to deal with the two“high”,It is urgent for our government.With the continuous improvement of the level of emergency management and the continuous development of information technology,We found that the establishment of a emergency management system is one of the effective ways to deal with emergencies.GIS plays an important role in emergency management,emergency resource scheduling,emergency response and emergency decision-making.Combining with the emergency management work in a real business needs to combine the work of geographic information and emergency management,the research and design of the provincial emergency management geographic information system platform.The main work of this paper can be summarized as the following three aspects:1? The combination of geographic information and emergency management,through the GIS,RS,spatial database,distributed network technology to build the provincial emergency management geographic information platform.2?The construction of geographic spatial database based on relational database and Geodatabase technology,the basic geographic,emergency decision-making involves the emergency thematic data for effective integration,the spatial data and attribute data integration,seamless integration of multi-source data database,greatly improve the efficiency of spatial data application.3?SOA architecture and the design concept of multi-layer architecture based on service oriented architecture using the open platform,to achieve the province's emergency management,emergency management,emergency decision and dispatch function.In this study,spatial database design can manage the basic geographic information data and emergency special data,and can provide data support for the application system;system architecture can not only meet the basic functional requirements of emergency management,and to facilitate the expansion of extension;system with network environment and information service ability;system design after encoding and testing excellent performance,perfect function.
