Background: Cynomolgus monkeys have been a hotspot in scientific research because of their genetic properties, brain structure, digestive system, respiratory system, circulatory system and reproductive system and human similarity. In recent years, with the attention of people to non-human primates, people on cynomolgus research more and more, and more in-depth,cynomolgus monkeys on the behavior of the report also springing up,such as cynomolgus monkeys Behavioral patterns, behavioral time assignments, natural depression-like behavior, certain single behavior, etc.,but the research on the hierarchical structure of female non-breeding group of cynomolgus monkeys is relatively rare. The method of researching hierarchical structure is a variety of conflict-yield behavior method, climbing and climbing cross-behavior method and eating order statistical method. In this study, the order of order is determined by eating order method. In this study,we studied the behavioral distribution of Cynomolgus monkeys with different levels of caged species.Because in the specific research stage, the social hierarchical relationship within the group is relatively stable,at this stage not only can study the social relations of cynomolgus monkeys, lay the foundation for the future research on basic behavior, but also can use crab The relationship between monkeys and individuals is the formation of cynomolgus monkeys in order to reduce the occurrence of depression and anxiety. The breeding and survival rate of cynomolgus monkeys are improved, and the necessary wildlife protection and high quality experimental research Object to contribute. Objective:To explore the effect of social hierarchy on the daily behavior distribution of adult female cynomolgus monkeysMethods:From April to July in 2014,from April to July in 2015,this study used Altmann(1974)focus method(Focal Sampling)and continuous recording(Continuous Recording)method on the xishan zhongke laboratory animal co.,LTD.,suzhou,,a cage Adult non-breeding group of female cynomolgus monkeys(Macaca fascicularis)population behavioral record. All video information using Noldus software for analysis,we studied and defined seven categories of nearly 30 kinds of daily behavior.Behavioral statistics of depression-like behavior,anxiety-like behavior,self-behavior,rest behavior, social interaction behavior, active behavior, quiescent behavior and other behavior 8 categories of behavior;for attack-yield behavior and some other behavior 2 categories nearly 10 kinds of behavior to count statistics. In the experiment, the intra-group hierarchical structure was determined according to the order of the meanings of the individuals during the 12-month observation period, and the population was divided into three groups. The high-rank group(HRG),Middle-rank group(MRG),low-rank group(LRG).Results:According to the 12 feeding order relationship of thenon-breeding female Macaca fascicularisin in 6 months,F4>F3>F2>F1>F5,5 for HRG;F6>F9>F7>F10>F11>F8>F12,7 for MRG;F13>F16>F14>F17> F18>F15,6 for LRG.2.The results showed that there were significant differences among the more than 10 behaviors, mainly in the seven major behaviors of depression-like behavior,anxiety-like behavior, rest behavior, social interaction behavior, activity and quiescent behavior. The daily behavioral analysis of non-breeding cynomolgus monkeys by Noldus software showed that the proportion of resting behavior in experimental observation was the highest in the daily distribution of non-breeding cynomolgus monkeys((11.70%,11.31%),and only 7.46% of LRG.In the depression-like behavior,LRG was prominent(12.04%,56.36%,56.36%),followed by social behavior, that is,social interaction behavior HRG,MRG(5.39%,6.08%,6.43%);rest behavior,HRG,MRG accounted for a considerable proportion of the total number of HRG,MRG accounted for(6.44%),HRG accounted for at least 3.05%(0.83%,1.38%),while the highest level of LRG was 4.05%.During the observation period, the activity behavioral phase(HRG and MRG)were significantly higher in the anxiety-like behavior(6.05%,6.69%),and the LRG was 7.12%(1.24%,1.14%,1.28%),respectively,compared with the other categories.3.The behavior of the attack-yield class and some other behaviors. The behavior of the two major categories uses the counting type statistical method, which records 3217 behaviors, mainly including attack-yield behavior and heterosexual climbing, and the four types of behavior Accounting for the proportion of 49.3% of the total number of records, the yield behavior accounted for 13.1%;the opposite sex climbing accounted for 37.6%,the statistical results show that LRG individuals yield behavior and climb cross-behavior was significantly higher than HRG,MRG,Climbing behavior was significantly lower than HRG,MRG.Conclusion:1.The proportion of depressive-like and depressive-like behavior of individual individuals was significantly higher than that of HRG and MRG;2.LRG individual rest behavior and self-care level was significantly lower than HRG,MRG,showing increased eyes closed, hair loss and hair loss;3.The behavior of anxiety caused by the suppression of social rank was significantly higher than that of HRG and MRG individuals;4.The results showed that the selection of samples in MRG individuals was more in line with the requirements of experimental homogeneity.
