Abstract/Summary:
Products are getting smaller and more precise.In modern industrial production,modern processing methods are promoted to the direction of more stable and higher precision.Micro electrochemical discharge machining(ECDM)technology has a series of advantages,such as non-contact machining,high precision,strong applicability,etc.It is particularly suitable for small size,difficult processing of parts processing.This dissertation presents a method of micro-ECDM using electrostatic actuation.This method improves problems of low feeding precision,difficult waste removal and poor stability in the current micro-ECDM.In this dissertation,the tool plane electrode is designed in micro-ECDM.The tool plane electrode and the workpiece constitute the electrostatic drive micro-drive structure,which can achieve the effect of controllable micro-feed.The nonlinear relationship between the parameters of the planar electrode and the deformation displacement of the planar electrode is analyzed.In the actual machining experiment,micro-ECDM device is designed,which is mainly composed of controllable pulse power supply,electrostatic actuation micro actuator and working fluid circulating filtration system.In the mechanism analysis,the process of electrostatic micro-ECDM was analyzed.The effect of the stretching and compression of the machining gap was studied.In the experiment,the feasibility of the electrostatic driving structure is processed.The experiment proves the practical application of electrostatic drive machining,and the micro ECDM experiment of electrostatic driving is designed.The experimental results show that the stretching and compression of the machining gap caused by plate deformation can effectively promote the waste removal and deionization,reduce the short circuit frequency and the abnormal arc discharge phenomenon.The low concentration passivation electrolyte has the advantage of strong localization.It is especially suitable for micro-ECDM.Electrode parameters affect the processing stability.The parameters of the pulsed power supply have a great influence on the machining accuracy and the machining efficiency.The higher the voltage,the higher the efficiency of machining,but the lower precision.In a certain range,the higher the frequency of the power supply,the higher the machining accuracy.
