From last century to now,the energy industry affect all over the world economy.On the land,the oil and gas industry already be developed and in the future it do not have a big room to increase.So that get oil and gas from the ocean which the surface occupy 71% of the earth,is the direction of the energy industry.As the offshore to supply the equipment,get more and more regarding.In China,more and more companies enter this field.In China,the offshore projects,first problem is that can’t delivery on time,the second is the financial pressure.And the financial pressure mostly comes from the duration.According this situation,the article will be through research some in the building semi-rigs’ planning management to build a method for the project time management,and use this method to control the project progress to ensure delivery on time.This article include several parts:(1)look back and summarize the offshore projects’ planning management progress and situation;(2)Base on the theory which come from Project Management Institute(PMI),to clear the direction;(3)Base on the theory of PMI to analysis making schedule;(4)Base on the theory of PMI to analysis the schedule feedback & catch up;(5)To set up the planning management modal in P6 and through the Investigate of the model to get the method of offshore projects’ planning management.This article combines the theory of PMI and Oracle P6,to set up a model of offshore projects’ planning management,to bring a suitable method for offshore project.It is supply a probability to ensure the offshore projects delivery on time...
