With the development of industrial technology,nuclear technology has been widely applied in products such as physics,medicine and life science,industry and agriculture,social security and so on.This requires that products should be characterized by safety,simple control,no pollution and low cost.In the past,nuclear technology products had large volume,high price,and technology is not public,so a special product for civilian business is needed.Neutron generator is a kind of accelerator neutron source.It has the characteristics of high yield,high control ability and single energy.It has high safety in use,transportation and storage.Mobile and portable neutron generators are widely applied in industrial and agricultural production,such as agricultural breeding,petroleum explorati on,coal quality analysis,neutron radiography and so on.Changes in the processing speed for console traditional neutron generator is low,the stability is not high,can not be real-time monitoring of circuit parameters and the intelligent control system of main body of single function,low performance and low degree of integration,with a design scheme of Intelligent Neutron Generator Based on PLC control system.The intelligent control system realizes orderly control between the three partsof the storage,ion source and high voltage source,and applies the new high-voltage switching power supply technology to the control circuit,so that the whole system can achieve integrated digital control.Meanwhile,in order to make the control more flexible and visualize,we use S7-200 smart and TPC7062 Ti touchscreen as the controller and man-machine interface of the system,which can control and display the working conditions of all circuits in real time.In this study,a closed loop control circuit for three way AD conversion,three road DA output,real-time monitoring,and feedback abnormal alarm information feedback and digital PID regulation are constructed.After repeated test results show that the system can achieve the tube voltage of the neutron tube ion source,reservoir pressure and target beam can be continuously adjusted,the intelligent control system using PLC control,can realize the integration of digital control,regulation has convenient operation,stable work and simple and friendly man-machine interface etc..
