Earthquakes are unpredictable sudden natural disasters.They are devastating,sudden and extensive,and often cause great disasters to human society.China is located at the junction of the Asia-Europe plate and the Pacific plate.Seismic faults are obvious in some areas and seismicity is frequent.In recent years,with the advancement of the country's comprehensive strength,the government has devoted more and more energy to the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.With the general promotion of the smart phone application market,triple play,mobile communication,GPS intelligent positioning system,geographic information technology and big data cloud computing The continuous maturity and development of technology in the field makes data collection and processing analysis under disaster and crisis scenarios simple and fast,which provides unprecedented conditions and opportunities for scientific earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work.At present,the domestic mobile terminal application system design for earthquake self-rescue guidance mainly stays in the prediction device warning of electronic engineering and the development and application of geographic information technology(GIS)in earthquake.There is no one developed specifically for the general public.Earthquake self-help mobile app and the information system organization of the program visual end are neglected.App design has defects such as incomplete functions,single structure,repeated system settings,and outdated information architecture.In order to cooperate with the national emergency,high-efficiency and timely response to earthquake emergency rescue work,this paper proposes a smart phone mobile terminal application system design.Based on the system design theory and product interaction design principles,the application design improves the self-rescue behavior of users in disaster scenarios through the functional design of three different situation modes before,during and after the earthquake.We designed a new mobile app that collects the necessary knowledge before the earthquake,detects earthquake reports during the earthquake and reminds users to escape in the first place.In the epicenter,the App shared the user's instant message through the Internet of Things transmission technology,and planned an emergency evacuation route to achieve the user's self-help disaster prevention and escape effect.After the earthquake,the App can combine the application's online system with user location to provide information on the disaster situation.It can share information and provide some smart medical services to the victims and protect people's lives and property.
