Along with our country social economic development, China's iron and steel enterprises must implement from energy-intensive, highly polluting the extensive development path towards energy efficient utilization, zero emission of environmentally friendly enterprise transformation.For energy consumption and pollution is most severe in the iron and steel process of coal coking process, related to energy saving and environmental protection reform growing industry, and even the country attaches great importance to.This article through to the lai steel coking plant oil heat reboiler steamed ammonia process energy consumption from the theoretical level and practical level deeper study:(1) This paper expounds the coal coking technology in domestic and foreign development condition;(2) Through the in-depth analysis of the coking plant in lai steel are steamed ammonia, the original steamed ammonia process problems and improvements to the scientific reasoning;(3) Of the heat conduction oil steam reboiler ammonia system in coking plant in lai steel transformation process scheme for the implementation of technical route, has carried on the analysis and design;(4) Is obtained by theoretical calculation of the appropriate way to improve thermal efficiency of steam ammonia process, and combined with the actual situation of the coking plant in lai steel, the research developed a new type of vertical fixed tube plate heat exchanger.(5) On the heat conduction oil steam reboiler ammonia energy saving effect of the revamp, steamed ammonia wastewater from saving energy consumption, stability, safe operation of steam energy efficient use and improve the stability, four aspects are summarized in this paper.The research for coking plant to save energy consumption, reducing the amount of high temperature steam has played a key role, steamed ammonia wastewater can be indirectly stability, has good economic benefits and environmental benefits. Practice proves that the oil heat reboiler system USES a variety of energy saving method is effective and can solve the original steamed ammonia process the problem of high efficiency, low energy consumption, in the same industry in a leading position, is worthy of popularization and application.
