Caused by bend failure pipeline buried hot-oil pipeline leak reflect the original design, construction and operation of the pipeline etc. There may be some weak links in the preliminary analysis for the pipe bend caused by thermal stress overload effect. In order to make the safe and stable operation of buried oil pipeline deal with pipeline safety assessment on the overall system. Should be carried out a comprehensive system of safety evaluation for the buried hot oil pipeline safe and stable operation. Based on temperature field of buried oil pipeline, bend stress field modeling, analysis of bend Angle, temperature, flow, pressure and other factors and calculation and to establish the finite element model, analysis the main factors affecting the bend failure and on the basis of indoor bend destructive experiments to monitoring the failure behavior, comparing to use ANSYS to establish a model correction. Using the model of high stress concentration of the bend reinforcement simulation, optimization of anchor pier protection position; For pipeline operation temperature change may cause the problem of low cycle fatigue stress monitoring test was carried out, the complete monitoring data obtained, draw some bend exists low cycle fatigue failure probability of the conclusion.
