Pipeline transportation is a safe and quick way to transport energy,in the national economy occupies a large proportion,therefore,oil and gas pipeline project has become an important Part of the national strategic engineering construction.After the completion of the pipeline,during the operation by the pipeline through the natural factors and human factors,the external conditions will inevitably change,such as the pipeline near the load is very common,the stack is bound to cause deformation and stress changes in the pipeline,when This stress and deformation over the pipeline to withstand the scope of the pipeline will be a devastating damage,and thus lead to accidents,resulting in the loss of people's lives and property and environmental damage.Therefore,the study of the effect of the load on the buried gas pipeline,for the protection of gas pipeline operator safety plays an important role in guiding and practical value.In this paper,the stress and deformation of the buried gas pipeline under the load is analyzed,and the main influencing factors of the buried gas pipeline under the load load are analyzed by using the three-dimensional numerical simulation software ABAQUS.The stress analysis of the pipeline is carried out in detail,and the sensitivity analysis method is used to obtain the influence degree of the influencing factors on the pipeline,and then the evaluation method of the safety of the buried gas pipeline under the effect of surcharge is obtained.by and large stack field load test to verify the evaluation method,access to the following conclusions:(1)The influence of the carrier on the buried gas pipeline is summarized by an example system.The characteristics of the gas pipeline under the load condition are analyzed,including the deformation of the foundation,the pressure of the soil around the tube and the influencing factors.,The surface stress and deformation of the pipeline showed obvious regularity.(2)The feasibility of numerical simulation is verified by comParing the field test with the numerical simulation.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of the pipe and the foundation under the load.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the gas pipeline under the load.The effects of stacking distance,stacking height,pipeline depth and Poisson's ratio on the different degrees of gas pipeline are pointed out.With the increase of stacking distance,the height of pile,the depth of pipeline and the increase of Poisson's ratio,The surface stress of the pipeline gradually(3)Based on the sensitivity analysis of the factors influencing the buried gas pipeline under the load,it is concluded that the Poisson's ratio has the greatest influence on the surface stress of the pipeline,followed by the pipeline depth,the stacking distance and the heap height.(4)The relationship between the additional stress of the buried gas pipeline and the relationship between the additional stress and the factors on the surface of the pipeline is analyzed.So as to obtain a quick evaluation of the safety of buried gas pipeline under the method of safety,as well as the evaluation process.(5)In order to verify the practicability of the rapid evaluation method,the evaluation method was validated by Huayang field large-scale load test,residual stress test of Jianyang natural gas pipeline and residual stress test of Longquan station natural gas pipeline.(6)Through the combination of theory and practice,five basic measures are put forward to protect the buried gas pipeline.So as to provide reference for the protection of gas pipeline.
