In this paper, the separation and detection performance of nano materials based on the capillary electrophoresis and the application in the analysis of biological samples was studied. Firstly, we studied synthesis and mechanism of quantum dots, and successfully synthesized two quantum dots of CdSe and CdSe/CdS that coated by thioglycolic acid. We characteruzed the size of the quantum dots and determinated the spectroscopic of the quantum dots in detail. We put the capillary electrophoresis and quantum dot light-emitting electrochemical analysis together, and studied the electrochemical luminescent properties of quantum dots. On this basis, we studied the enhancement of biogenic amines to the quantum dots and constructed a detecting platform of the Capillary electrophoresis electrochemical luminescence quantum dots to detecte biogenic amines. We studied the reaction mechanism of biogenic amines catalyzed ECL quantum dots.The CTX1B toxin in samples of marine was further discussed by capillary electrophoresis with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in this paper. By making gold nanoparticles that labled ly horseradish peroxidase, we combined the amplification of gold nanoparticles and capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection to separate and analyse an amplification of immuneotoxin CTX1B fish samples. The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter, the basic theory of capillary electrophoresis was introduced in detail, sums up the basic principle of capillary electrophoresis, instrument operation and the choice of sampling method etc.; and introduces the research status and application prospect of capillary electrophoresis from different angles and aspects; It introduced the concept and characteristics of quantum dots,the method of making quantum dots and the application described in brief, focusing on the electrochemical quantum dots luminous principle and method; and introduced concept and characteristics of nanometer materials, focusing on the gold nanoparticle and its preparation method, the paper introduces the application of nano gold. The paper introduced the application of nano gold.The second chapter, the preparation of the water-soluble CdSe and CdSe/CDS quantum dots was introduced. The quantum dots from the aspects of size and luminescence properties were characterized using a variety of electron microscopes and optical instruments. Explore the various factors, which affect the synthesis of quantum dots, the synthesis mechanism and the structure of the quantum dots.The third chapter, we explore the bases on capillary electrophoresis with quantum dots of nanomaterials electrochemiluminescence detection research of biogenic amines. Including the establishment of electrochemical detection platform, each of the experimental system of buffer type, the pH value of the solution, the concentration of the buffer, separation voltage and capillary at both ends, the set of detection potential, the timeof the capillary injection, and the potential sweeping rate ect. were explored in details to the optimal treatment. And in the optimal assay conditions, including several biogenic amines mixture were separated and detected, knowing different biogenic amines has different enhanced effection on the electrochemical luminescence quantum dots.The fourth chapter, using the gold nanoparticles amplification effection of separation by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection analyzed an amplification to poison fish samples of CTX1B research. This paper introduces the synthetic mechanism of the gold nanoparticles and how to use horseradish peroxidase and antibody (Ab) modified gold nanoparticles to obtaine the horseradish peroxidase labelled antibody (Ab*), the fixed quantity of enzyme increased the sensitivity of detection. Use the noncompetitive immunoassay reaction model to tested an amplification poison fish samples of CTX1B research.Conclusion:The former experiments given in this paper has carried on the simple summary.
