In recent years,with the growing requirement of Copper the quality of refined copper also increasingly enhances.Smelting production equipment of conventional domestic copper for production efficiency and product quality can't meet the demand of the market.Copper electrolysis is one of the most significant link for the production of refined copper,which directly relates to manufacturing cost,efficiency and quality of refined copper,and the cathode preparation of copper electrolytic is the emphasis and difficulty in electrolytic production.How to save energy and prepare efficiently qualified copper electrolytic cathode has become an urgent problem in domestic copper smelting enterprises.In this paper,copper starting sheet was based on the reshaping unit in the reshaping machine of copper electrolysis cathode as the research object,in terms of the plastic forming theory and sheet plastic theory to reshape the copper starting sheet to meet the producing demand of the perpendicularity.Basing on the working principle of vibration flat reshaping machine,combing the theory of finite element analysis,using finite element software DEFORM to simulate the finite mode about vibration flat plastic machine of copper starting sheet,acquiring stress and strain principle about different quantities and positions of flat plastic sheet.Superior combination of vibration flat reshaping about the perpendicularity of copper starting sheet after vibration flat reshaping was found out.According to the simulation results and actual situation,combining plastic forming principle to verify simulation results.The factors of the perpendicularity performed regression analyzing and found out the factors,and using orthogonal method to design experiment and find out superior combination.In this paper,based on the research of reshaping process of the copper starting sheet,used the finite element theory to analyze the process and combined with the experiments to verify the accuracy of simulation results and defined the reshaping effect,which could provide effective help for refining production of copper electrolysis.
