The Landscape Construction Of Sightseeing Tea Garden Based On The Tea Culture

In recent years, the vigorous development of tea culture tourism has driven the sightseeing tea garden development and construction, the scale and number of sightseeing tea garden is also amplified, it has set a new kind of sightseeing agriculture development mode which combined tea industry with tourism. However, at the present stage,the sightseeing tea garden construction also has the problem of blindly reconstruction and the increasing homogenization,which lack of its own characteristics, unable to match the psychological needs of the new era of mass culture. By utilizing the method of landscape design, promoting and optimizing the construction and development of sightseeing tea garden, creating a beautiful and comfortable tea garden environment and a rich cultural atmosphere, which is the research purpose of this paper.The thesis takes sightseeing tea garden based on the tea culture theme as the research object, combines the theory of landscape ecology, sustainable development theory, landscape aesthetics, landscape trialism, studies sightseeing tea garden landscape construction theory based on tea culture theme and analyze actual cases. The main research results are as follows:Firstly, the thesis identifies the concept and connotation of tea culture and sightseeing tea garden, selects Anji White Tea Garden,Meijiawu Tea Culture Village,Yangxian Tea Culture Ecology Garden and Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden four sightseeing tea gardens for field investigation and analyzes the present situation of garden landscape. Besides, it establishes a landscape evaluation system of sightseeing tea garden by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and evaluates the landscape of 4 sightseeing tea gardens by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that comprehensive evaluation result of Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden landscape is excellent; that of Meijiawu Tea Culture Village and Anji White Tea Garden is good; that of Yangxian Tea Culture Ecology Garden is common.Secondly, the thesis summarize the design principles that the landscape construction of sightseeing tea garden based on the tea culture theme should follow, namely, the principle of adaptation to local conditions; the principle of ecology; the principle of characteristic; the principle of experiential. Then, the thesis analyzes the main contents of landscape construction of sightseeing tea garden based on the tea culture theme, including pre-phase analysis, design philosophy and idea, general layout, function division, road layout and tourism line design. In addition, it mainly expounds the construction methods of landscape elements and proposes construction ideas.Thirdly, the thesis applies the theory of landscape construction to the landscape planning and design of Tiantai Zining Yellow Tea Sightseeing Tea Garden, determines the design concept through the analysis of the natural environment and the exploration of humanistic resources, and sets up the landscape structure of “a ring, a shaft, six areas and many scenic spots”. Besides, it carries on the detailed designs of the garden landscape elements including terrain, water body, roads, accessorial buildings and plants, highlights the tea culture theme in the designs of accessorial buildings and plant landscape, makes it with tea culture as the main line, contain the regional culture of Tiantai Zining and endow the humanity experience of its natural environment space.
