Molecular imprinting technology(MIT) is a technique for preparing polymer, which has the specific recognition performance for a particular target molecule. In the preparation process of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP), template molecule and functional monomer form preassembly polymers. The resulting complexes react with a optimal crosslinker. After copolymerization, removing the template, MIP were synthesized. The main aims of our work were the preparation and characterization of Rhodamine B and acetochlor imprinted polymer. Researches are as follows:Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer(MMIP) for acetochlor specific recognition, with core-shell structure, were prepared via surface method polymerization, in which acetochlor as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomers, ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, Fe3O4 nanoparticles(NPs) modified with ?-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570) as magnetic carrier. The morphology and structure of MMIP was characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The adsorption behavior of MMIP was evaluated by static adsorption, dynamic adsorption and selective adsorption. The results indicated MMIP possessed higher selectivity towards acetochlor with the maximum adsorption capacity of 86.61 mg/g, the maximum adsorption capacity of the non-imprinted polymer 20.42 mg/g. And magnetic molecularly imprinted nanoparticles magnetic solid phase extractant were successfully applied to separate and enrich acetochlor in paddy water with satisfactory recoveries. The molecularly imprinted polymers microspheres(MIP) based on the surface-modified silica has been synthesized with Rhodamine B as template molecule, acrylamide as functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker and grafted vinyl silicone as carrier. The activated silica gel and alkylated silica gel were characterized by FT-IR. The adsorption behavior of MIP was evaluated by static adsorption, dynamic adsorption and selective adsorption. Adsorption conditions were determined by examining the influence of p H on the adsorption properties. The results showed that MIP has specific adsorption propertices to the temp late molecule. And the MIP is applied to the SPE. The recoveries of Rhoda mine B was 94.4 % ~101.2 % and relative standard deviations( n=3) was 2.4 % ~3.4 %.
