With the exploitation of phosphate resources, easy ore-dressing is becoming less than before,and ore-dressing which is difficult is becoming more. The ore-dressing which is difficult is mainly low-grade collophane,due to granule size which is disseminated is fine,useful phosphates are difficult to separate from gangue minerals. Currently,composition of phosphate flotation collectors is fatty acids and salts,which are been unable to reach an effective performance. By means of the research about flotation performance in recent years, derivativing and complexing flotation could improve their performance, greatly.Moreover,for the gender collector,in the condition of p H(which is equal to 7-10),which could be used as anionic collector for the calcite and the dolomite, and in the condition of p H(which is equal to 6.5-4), which could be used as cationic collector for the silica and silicates. Considering that the collectors could be applied in positive flotation and reverse flotation,and on the contemporary,pharmacy costs would be decreased. With in-depth research,which could greatly broaden the type of the chemicals, and solve the technology problems about ore beneficiation. Contrary to the background, higher fatty acids as raw materials in the essay,synthesis of the collector is studied, and ultimately,applying it to the low-grade refractory collophanite,which could achieve the best flotation requirements and indicators. Specific tests are in the followings:(1)With the chlorinated oleic acid(initial material is oleic acid) as raw materials,which synthesize the new flotation collectors that is named HMA-1,which applied it to suppress phosphorus silicon floating as a positive flotation of collector. Test on Jin-ning ore-dressing, making rude-ore samples from 20.25% to reach the concentrate grade24.28% through being selected by one step about positive flotation. The yield is 80.86%,recovery rate is 93.3%, and having achieved good flotation targets. The study showed that it greatly improved the performance of the flotation and promoted the floatation of the phosphate.(2)With the chlorinated oleic acid(initial material is oleic acid) as raw materials,through the reaction with ammonia under the condition of high-pressure,which synthesizethe new flotation collectors that is named HZA-1 ? HZA-2. Compared with the two collectors in Fangmashan floating,the result that the yield is higher when ammonia gas as raw materials, and flotation performance is better. For HZA-2,owing to the existence of amino group and carboxyl group,which could be used as gender collector that is applied to flotation. Respectively, with the Tong-ling ores flotation and Yu-xi reverse ores flotation in Yunnan to investigate the performance of the collectors. The results certificated that both the positive and the negative flotation applications have shown better flotation performance.(3)For the collector which is named HZA-2,with low-grade phosphate as the test samples in Fangmashan, through the systematic analysis and testing,via testing and optimization,optimal flotation process conditions and indicators performance would be achieved. Through closed-circuit flotation that is "one-step positive floatation,one-step negative floatation and sweep", the concentrate grade has reached 28.21% from its ore-grade that is 14.96%. Last ore-grade is 7.31%, the mop is 7.06%,concentrate recovery rate is 70.05% of the flotation. Moreover, the waste water used in test,which is recycling to recover. Using the acidic water, returning it again to ore sorting to study the effects about the flotation, the test results indicated that the test back-water and acidic water affected the test, but it has little effect on the small scale test.(4)Based on the prefect floatation and small-scale system about flotation test of HZA-2,and broaden it to the ton-test in advance,Be equal to the small scale test about "one-step positive floatation,one-step negative floatation and sweep",through adjusting the pharmacy institution. Last ore-grade is 7.83%, the mop is 7.61%, and concentrate recovery rate is 70.05% of the flotation in the situation of closed-circuit flotation.Meanwhile,in comparison with the pharmaceutical cost in the factory. Using the collector HZA-2,the concentrate has thrifted RMB 30.15 per ton in the average. It has solved the technical difficulties about reducing the floatation cost when it reaches the technical specifications.
