Production safety information management system is playing an increasingly important role in petrochemical production.It is to protect the workers' s life and it ensures the equipment operation effectively.This paper is to address the project background and the problems faced by polypropylene production safety information system that based on cloud computing,on this basis, analyze the hazardous materials, hazardous technical processes, hazardous operated units of propylene polymerization process and summed up the reasons for propylene polymerization process out of control.According to the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the safety system, constructed the safety production information management platform based on cloud computing technology.Demand for polypropylene production safety information management,establish conceptual structure, logical structure of the system database, created with MySQL as the safety information management system database of DBMS.The polypropylene production safety information system is designed by Spring MVC framework, J2 EE as the development tool, MySQL as the backend database management and used B/S mode. Ability to use the advantage of cloud computing technology which is massive, fast data processing and sharing capabilities.It implements requirements of the polypropylene production safety information system,real-time information collected analysis and monitoring of production environmental.The system overcomes the shortcomings of traditional safety information management, such as heavy workload and poor information sharing. The system can collect security information in a timely manner, found and handling accidents. It strengthened the warning and emergency response capabilities, standardizes the unsafe behavior of operators and managers, reduces the incidence of accidents and improves the efficiency of production safety.
