In recent years,the number of college students has been increasing.Vocational colleges have ushered in new development opportunities.In 2019,colleges and universities nationwide will expand enrollment by 1 million.For private colleges and universities,this is a rare opportunity for development and a great challenge.The source of students is the lifeline of private colleges and universities,and each school has continuously expanded the scale of running a school through various forms such as the combination of single recruit and unified recruit.However,due to the private nature of its own characteristics,investment in infrastructure is often difficult to keep up with the rapidly increasing number of students.The rapid increase in the number of students in schools has brought a series of problems to be solved in school management.Among these problems,logistics management,especially ensuring food safety,is the most important.Due to the nature of investment in running schools,private colleges must consider the cost of running schools.In the management of canteens,canteens are often contracted out to reduce the school's own economic burden.This seemingly socialized mode often leads to irreconcilable contradictions between schools and catering enterprises over time.In order to realize economic benefits,catering companies often make small profits but sell more and pursue cost management.The contradiction between the school's demand for high quality and the contractor's pursuit of economic benefits has become irreconcilable.If the school is responsible for its own canteen management and external staffs are employed,there is also great difficulty in management.How to give full play to the unified management and supervision functions of the school under the existing contract management mode and realize the transparency and informatization of food management is an urgent problem for higher vocational schools to solve and an important means to ensure food safety.This topic analyzes the specific problems in the logistics management of the higher vocational school where the author works,and puts forward a solution to establish an information platform for food safety management according to the actual needs of food management in the logistics canteen.The platform uses J2 EE technology,MVC development pattern,SSH framework and other development tools to design and develop the system.The system realizes the management of daily work,personnel,files,food traceability and inventory of the canteen.The official opening of the system can really make food from production and sales to the table transparent,and fundamentally eliminate potential safety hazards.The informatization of management can truly realize the full coverage of canteen management,paperless link management,real-time monitoring and video,analysis and judgment data,transparent social inquiry,and the safety of every bite of food traceability.After the platform was put into trial,the school's logistics information management requirements were basically met.The management efficiency is further improved and the food safety management is more effectively ensured.
