Water environment pollution in advance warning and continuous monitoring of pollutants is the precondition of environmental governance, it is very important for the role. With the development of modern sensor technology, computer application technology and information technology, the traditional water quality testing methods based artificial field sampling, laboratory analysis instruments no longer meet the real-time, efficient and accurate monitoring data requirements. Comprehensive water quality on-line automatic monitoring system will be a new direction for future development, because it played an important role in real time access to water environment data, in effective monitoring and early warning and in study its trends.So, the paper design to adapted to the multi-site environment, water quality monitoring field control system based on the AM3352 chip.Firstly, On the basis of reading a large number of literature on water quality monitoring and on-line control and other related fields, This article studied the current situation and development trend of water quality monitoring, and introduced the structure and working principle of comprehensive water quality monitoring system. Also explained the specific content and works of various subsystems, and proposed functional requirements as well as the overall design of the system based on the existing problems of water quality monitoring system.Then, depending on the performance requirements of the system, this paper made a program comparison and selection of the system, both from hardware and software.And the paper presents the water quality monitoring site control system in AM3352 chip as the core, adapted to the multi-environment. Hardware design of the system includes the following modules: power supply module, processor core module, CPLD module, network interface module, serial port expansion module, audio interface module, LCD display interface module and USB interface module. Software design introduced the system software development process firstly. And focus on audio module driver design and the corresponding audio codec algorithm and speech endpoint detection algorithm. Taking GPMC and so drive module as an example for other module driven design process is presented. And introduces the design and implementation process of CPLD logic programming in detail.Finally, Introduced the functional testing method,testing process and test results of the water quality monitoring site control system major functional modules. And conducted a system reliability testing to ensure normal and stable operation of the system. |
