Mixing is one of the most common operation in industrial production, and the mixing propeller is the key to the mixing equipment, the open turbine blades are widely used in low and medium viscosity fluid mixing, solid particle suspension, liquid-liquid dispersion and polymerization process and it is the most common blade in mixed operation.In this paper,the fluid flow of the field in stirred tank of the open turbine blade was set as the research object.using the parameterization of the open turbine blade and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method of the simulation analysis, the optimal parameters of blade was obtained.The main research content is as follows:Firstly, the simulation of the flow field in the stirred tank with open turbine blades was performed by CFD method. The solid-liquid phase mixture model was set as the Eulerian model, the calculation model was set as the MRF(multiple reference frame) method, the velocity field and concentration field of the flow field in the stirred tank was got.The simulation results and experiment results were compared,which showed that both results had the same flow field distribution.In conclusion, it was correct and feasible to set the Eulerian model as the mixture model and the MRF method as the calculation model.Secondly, the factors and levels of the open turbine baldes parametric orthogonal experiment were confirmed using the orthogonal test method and the the orthogonal experiment was designed.Then sixteen groups of simulation of the orthogonal experiment were performed with the mixture model and calculation model tested earlier in the paper.With further analysis of mixting time factor, mixting power factor and mixting efficiency number, the primary and secondary sequence and optimal level combination under each factors were gained.Finally, the stirred tank mixing experiment platform was set up and three sets of baldes under the mixting time factor in the simulation were selected for testing.By counting quartz sand particle numbers at the observation point in the mixing experiments, the relative relation on mixing time of three sets of baldes was got. The simulation results and experiment results were compared,which showed that both results had the same variation tendency of the mixing time.In conclusion, it was correct and feasible to use the parametric methods for simulation and getting the optimal level combinations.This paper had also provided a reference method for structure optimization and amplification design.
