With the development of modern chemical industry,chemical technology becomes more and more complex and diverse.Mixed operation is a very common and important process.Mixing equipment is currently used in industrial production mainly the following categories:stirred tank,impinging stream mixing equipment,jet mixing equipment,dynamic mixing equipment and static mixing equipment,etc.Dynamic mixing equipment is a high efficiency and self-cleaning function tube mixer,which is placed in the mixing pipe through the dynamic mixing unit of different structure to change the flow characteristics and flow field distribution of mixed fluid to improve the mixing effect.At present,the research on dynamic mixing equipment is only at the stage of qualitative analysis.This paper mainly studies mixing characteristics and structural optimization of following dynamic mixer.In the experimental study of solid-liquid mixing system,the CCD image processing system is introduced to study the effect of adding rotor on the distribution of solid particles.According to the evaluation index of the mixed density of solid particles,the following conclusions are drawn:first.The distribution of solid particles close to the water density is improved obviously with the rotors.Second.When the main flow velocity is lm/s,the solid particle distribution is the best.Experimental study on the mixing performance of different structure rotors in liquid-liquid mixing system,The pH tester is placed in the mixed solution of acid and alkali solution and the reaction by the sensor measurement method and the optical method.With the same conditions,the mixing time and the color of the solution were compared with different rotor structures.It is concluded that the rotor with lower flow resistance is superior to the two rotors.By comparing and analyzing the experimental results of different rotors,the rotor with the opening and closing of the holes is designed and manufactured.The experimental results show that the mixing effect is better than the other two rotors.Numerical simulation is used to investigate the effects of different fluid intersection modes on mixing.It is concluded that the mixing of two phase fluid is in the angle of 135 degrees,and the mixing effect is improved obviously.
