Along with the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the innovation of CNC machines, people has higher demands on the dynamic performance of CNC machine.The slide transmission device composed of linear rolling guide and the joint surface of machine is the key factor to the machine's overall dynamic characteristic.To study and optimize the joint parts has great theoretical and practical significance to the overall technical level of CNC machine.Combining Hertz theory and fractals theory, this paper has applied the virtual material simulation method to the joint surface of linear rolling guide and established its virtual material model. And the computing method of the physical parameters of linear rolling guide's joint surface has also given been given. This model considered the macroscopic and microscopic structure of the joint surface and provided a pure theory method for establishing the dynamic model of joint surface.Further, based on the virtual material model of linear rolling guide, this paper has researched how the properties of linear rolling guide's joint surface and external loads effect on the joint surface. It has used Workbench to carry out dynamics simulation under various conditions and compare the natural modes of vibration and frequencies. This paper has researched on the impact of these factors on the dynamic characteristics of linear rolling guide and further designed the comprehensive test device of linear rolling guide.At last, this paper has studied on the linear rolling guide table system driven by new linear motor. And based on virtual material simulation method, established a dynamic model of linear rolling guide systems driven by linear motor, and stadied its modal analysis. This paper provides a foundation for dynamic characteristic research of complex electromechanical coupling linear motor feed system.
