With the development of the economy,the application of new technologies has increased the production efficiency of enterprises,but the competitiveness of enterprises has been significantly intensified.With the development and sharing of information technology,a monopoly of technology is used to obtain high profit returns.Without going back,and facing the market share of competitors,the large-scale production model in the past can no longer meet the growing demand for market diversity,and replaced by a small-batch,multi-variety production model.In terms of business management,how to survive and develop in a multi-variety and small-batch production mode and maintain a certain competitiveness is a problem that enterprises are thinking about every day.Whether an enterprise is competitive,in addition to its own comprehensive strength,one of the most important indicators is whether the price of an enterprise's product is competitive in the market.The decisive factor that affects the price of products is mainly the cost of the production materials of the product.To obtain a competitive advantage in the price of the product,it is necessary to find an improvement plan for the management of the production materials.Huayi's production material cost accounts for about 90% of the product's production cost.To this end,Huayi's material management process was analyzed,problems in material management were identified,and improvements were proposed.In terms of external management,it puts forward different procurement schemes and strengthens the management of suppliers.It establishes information sharing with suppliers for mutual benefit.At the same time,it integrates the management of suppliers into the company's strategic objectives.In terms of internal management,the use of material demand planning(MRP),just-in-time production(JIT),constraint theory(TOC)and other theories have proposed a series of improvement strategies and methods for material procurement planning,material planning and control,and inventory management.Such as the optimization of the material demand planning system,the optimization of the bill of materials,the optimization of the material grading process,the inventory ABC classification,etc.,in order to achieve the punctuality of the purchased material plan,the rationality of the material demand plan and the appropriateness of the inventory quantity,thereby improving The utilization rate of materials can reduce the loss of materials to improve the production efficiency of the company.Through the proposal of Huayi's material management improvement plan,part of the improvement plan is also applied to the actual material management process in the daily work process,and certain results have been achieved.With the advancement and implementation of the plan,I believe that it will bring greater reference value to the company's material management in the future.
