The research object of the paper is a highly innovative intelligent sewing machine which is able to ratate its circular plate. It is based on the traditional sewing machine as the foundation, out of the design pattern of traditional machine, the breakthrough in the design of mechanical structure and motion mode. In the mechanical structure, bold circular plate design makes it has the characteristics of rotation around the center of the disk at any angle, which is different from traditional sewing machine whose plate can only move along X, Y axis. The plate is rotatable with the sewing stitch pattern changes, solving the problem that the traditional sewing machine in the sewing stitch above may appear zigzag phenomenon problem.Firstly, the classic sewing principle was analyzed and pointed out its shortcomings, based on the overall design of rotary type intelligent sewing machine frame is put forward. The circular plate, the translational feed mechanism and the die structure were designed, and the translation mechanism of motor and circular plate C axis motor were calculated.Using Ansys analysis software to select two key parts of the whole mechanical structure of typical synchronous belt wheel, coupling, based on the result of structural statics analysis, to judge work stress and deformation meet the requirements. Then the modal of circular plate is calculated, to acquire the natural frequency. It is conducive to the external drive away from its natural frequency, to reduce the vibration.Based on the Windows CE operating system, the intelligent sewing machine control system software is studied. According to the man-machine interface design and layout design principles, to design both human and beautiful UI interface; By comparing two schemes of the patterns position in the graphic editor, chosen the traversal of the program; describes the discrete straight line, arc, on B spline curve according to the design; relationship between disk and CAD coordinate system of the press frame rotation algorithm.Finally, the debugging of the prototype design, and test the sewing effect, the test results meet the expected objective.
