China is the most populous country in the world, nearly14million of the total population. For a populous country,the garment manufacturing industry has much room for development,the Sewing Machinery Industry’s potential is very huge.Industrial Sewing Machine is the largest models of industrial sewing machines.However the domestic Industrial Sewing Machine is mainly imported from Japan,Germany, Italy and so on,which pionts that the development of the domestic industrial sewing machine industry is very insufficient.Sewing machine industry develops rapidly as the development of garment manufacturers in recent years. With the developing of technology and increased demand of sewing equipment,there are a number of new technologies, automation, intelligent, high-speed,non-oil, and multifunctional sewing machine has become the mainstream of the development of the Industrial Sewing Machine.On the basis of fully studied the sewing machine’s composition and features,design a new CNC automatic sewing machine mechanical systems.This paper relying on Guangdong Province Research projects"Industrial CNC sewing machine".And this project is co-developed by Huazhong Agricultural University and Guangzhou Huanya Garment Ltd.Firstly, in order to simplify the transmission mode,design a new transmission structure which is completely different from the traditional sewing machine.The designed CNC sewing machine,with a very high degree of automation of the mechanical system,cancels the complicated structure of traditional sewing machine,scilicet mechanical transmission of needle and the hook synchronous rotation.This machine separates the Head and the Shuttle Bed,and the mechanical gearing is simple and easily to achieve.Down reciprocating motion of the needle and the hook’s spin are driven by the AC servo motor respectively.The Head and the Shuttle Bed are not fixed,and its movements along with the Y-axis direction are controled by two AC servo motor synchronous and driven by the Ball Screw.The garment template which holds the soft cloth so that it becomes rigid,is driven by the conveyor belt along with the X axis direction of movement to achieve two-dimensional motion of the cloth’s infeed.The staff doesn’t need manual operation to control the cloth’s feeding direction.During the whole clothes sewing process,the operator just needs to put the clamping template of pieces of cloth on the conveyer in a fixed position by Locate equipment.Then the operator selects the template file for the stitch through the control key,presses the run button of sewing and machine starts working.The lockstitch sewing machine can determine the template coordinate automatically according to the instruction and reverse stitching and trimming work.Until all the sewing stitches are finished on the template,the template can be removed.The thesis improved the traditional sewing machine’s presser foot’s structure, and simplifies the structure of the presser foot drive.Designed the overall structure and main components of the sewing machine,drawn assembly diagrams,department of diagrams and parts construction drawings.Used the PRO/ENGINEER5.0to complete the three-dimensional simulation of the individual components and the overall framework of assembly.Used the ANSYS finite element analysis software to make the Finite Element Analysis of CNC sewing machine’s key transmission components,and analyzes the result.This article studied the theoretical of CN sewing machine from, designed the mechanical structure,took the Simulation analysis. Finally, complete the processing and assembly of the machine,take the tests,and analyze the main problems. Put forward my own ideas and ways to improve the machine.And ahead of the development prospect of the CNC sewing machine.
