With the rapid development of science and technology, CNC machine tools is gradually developing toward high speed, high precision, high efficiency and compound, Five axis vertical machining center is one of the important direction of development. Machining center can use a variety of process methods at the same time, so it is widely used in aerospace, national defense, and other important areas. High precision nc workbench is an important part of a machining center, brought to the attention of the national, so it is a hot issue in the field of the study now.In this paper, through computer modeling and simulation technology, I bulid the 3 d modeling the the five axis vertical machining center workbench,and do related simulation and experiments, these work provide important reference basic for the design of the workbench. Working content is as follows:(1) First proceed the kinematics analysis, calculating the angle of A and C shaft and the movement distance of X, Y, Z three straight axis, then proceed dynamics analysis to calculate velocity coupling, coupling and inertia coupling torque, motor and bearing on the basis of the choice, and finally set up 3 d model, and import the ADAMS software, verify the validity and reliability of the drive system; Then use the Workbench statics, dynamics analysis software on the system, to get it's static and dynamic characteristics;(2) Design hydraulic clamping braking system, using the Workbench and analysis of statics and dynamics analysis of ADAMS software to verify the reliability of the braking system;(3) Study the thermal characteristics of the system, first use the Workbench's CFX to preceed fluid-structure interaction analysis, then proceed steady-state thermal analysis and thermal-structural coupled analysis, get the system's thermal deformation and compensate;(4) Through using variational method to establish Lagrange-McCurry Maxwell equations, and then analyzes workbench system's dynamics model as a basis for establishing the system electromechanical coupling model, adopting id=0 vector control method, using Simulink software to set up simulation model, test workbench's s steady state characteristics and dynamic characteristics;(5) Analysis workbench's statics analysis and modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, verify that the system of the stiffness and strength, natural frequency and analysis system...
