The Study On Indicators Of Ecological And Environmental Management Of Dandong Textile Industrial Park

It is planning to build the protective textile base in Dandong City named Dandong Textile Industrial Park, which is based on the fiber products of biological nylon56 fiber as a leader, aimed to the largest scale of the Northeast China and the most complete industrial chain. It is very important to achieve sustainable development and recycling economy construction that the eco-industrial park is constructed.On the basis of the index system of Eco-industrial Parks in the Ministry of Environmental Protection, indicators of ecological and environmental management have been built for Dandong Textile Industrial Park according to current situation. The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the park ecological level of sustainable development.Based on the standard for Eco-industrial Parks, which is defined by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the index system of ecological and environmental management for the textile industry park is esgtablished. Five indicies are introduced in the index system, including the construction of the park's ecological environment management, the efficiency of ecological and environment management, the efficiency of industrial chain, the rationality of park layout based on the GIS, and the layout of the heat supply. The index system is 3 tier architect ture,including 1 project standard,4 criteria and 29 indicators.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is put forward to evaluate the ecological environment management in the textile industry park. The results show that the level of ecological management is middle level. The index of economic development, pollution control and material reduction and circulation are the middle level, and the environmental management characteristic index is good.The results show that the eco-industrial chain is not obvious in Dandong Textile Industrial Park. The main factors that restrict the construction of eco industrial park are imperfect information platform construction, solid waste and garbage collection and disposal capacity, the park heating layout is unreasonable, the environmental management system is not perfect, the pollutant emission of one unit is heavy.According to the evaluation results, the improvement measures are put forward.Generally, it is effectively to identify the problems for the ecological development in the Dandong textile industry park, that the ecological management index system is evaluated by means of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
