The sewage discharge of industrial park is one of the main problems that cause serious water pollution in China.Taking the entire Industrial Park as the research object,select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the Industrial Park water treatment technology based on the study of the relevant technical assessment method.Using the multi-objective model,provide one way to find out the best available technology of Industrial Park combination,providing a good combination of economic and technology standards for the construction of Industrial Park,having important meaning for mission standards of industrial park waste water and reduce the pollution of the lake basin to alleviate the burden of running the park construction.The main research contents are:The evaluation index system of terminal water treatment technology in the Industrial Park was established by using analysis method and synthesis method comprehensivly.Choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the terminal water treatment technology in the Industrial Park,and take sewage treatment plant of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,the results showed that this method can quickly and accurately evaluate the complex problems of multi-factors and multi-levels.The score of the Industrial Park terminal water in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone was 86.05,which belonged to the good level.We use MATLAB to solve the multi-objective model.For the Industrial Park which has already been built,it can provide suggestions of best removal efficiency of water plant;for the Industrial Park which has not been built,it can provide a best combination of water pollution control which paide less and cleaner.take Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,12580 thousands yuan of the total cost can be saved per year;12560 thousands yuan of the total operating cost can be saved per year;the best COD concentration is 560mg/L;the income of reclaimed water plant is 64 thousand yuan per year.
