Arsenic was a poisonous and harmful trace element, this pollution and harm in coal combustion process was increasingly prominent, so researching of arsenic in the combustion products and coal was focusing on the study abroad. With Mongolia Xilin Hot Victory coal mine as the research object in this paper, by scanning electron microscope, EDS, XRD and chemical extraction method step by step, as well as researching the occurrence pattern of the arsenic in coal and other combustion products, by experiment of leaching experiment of fly ash, and coal combustion, researching precipitation characteristics of arsenic in the condition of different temperature,.The coal sample and ash. fly ash samples are rich in Ca, S, As, Fe and other elements. Mineral composition of arsenic in coal was primarily combined with iron and the combination state of calcium, arsenic of the fly ash and ash is mainly combined with calcium, relatively, iron was less.when coal combustion temperature changed from 450 ? to 1000?, the release rate of arsenic in 5 and 6 coal seam coal samples increased39.52 and 21.88% to 73.77% and 65.89% respectively. It showed that the release rate of arsenic was gradually raised with temperature increased.Arsenic in coal was mainly enriched in inorganic components, not easy to extract. Arsenic in fly ash coal products mainly exist in carbonate combination state and the state of water soluble arsenic, accounting for 37.4% and 21.2% of total arsenic content, ash in arsenic mainly was carbonate combination state of existence and was respectively 31.7% and 22% of the total arsenic content. The arsenic in fly ash is easier to extract than ash. In the process of fly ash leaching, the lower the pH, the higher the leaching liquid arsenic. That arsenic was associated with the pH value of precipitation, compared with the normal precipitation; acid rain was more conducive to precipitation of arsenic in fly ash. The leaching liquids of fly ash were alkaline. After leaching 100 ml, balance pH value affected by leaching solution pH value little.
