In order to improve the operation of the paper machine in cardboard paper mill, track and analysis the application of the process additives using in the practical production of Ji'an group Co., Ltd, explore the suitable technology of its process additives. The major process additives tracked are: sticky control agent, retention aid, deinking agent, discoloring agent, coagulant agent, scale inhibitor.The application of sticky control agent was carried out during the production of coated white board paper. The main component of sticky control agent A is ionic surfactant, and sticky control agent B is anionic substance with high efficiency and energy saving. For the coated white board paper, the adding location of adhesive agent A was long fiber dispersion outlet, using online dilution(1:10) with continuous addition, adding amount was 1kg/tons of pulp; the adding location of adhesive agent B was bottom mixed slurry tank outlet and long fiber multi disk access, corresponding adding amount were 0.3 kg/tons of pulp and 0.2 kg/tons of pulp with continuous addition. The results show: in a certain extent, not only reduces production breaks and quality issues caused by sticky deposition but also improves the production efficiency of coated paper.Retention agent C and D are two different types of liquid cationic polymer microspheres. During the trial of retention aid C, high-strength corrugated paper of 120 g/m2 quantitative were produced. When the adding location of retention aid C was behind pressurized screen, the dosage of C was 0.38 kg/tons of paper, the concentration of the white water was decreased from 0.4% to 0.32%, and the average retention rate increased by 3%. During the trial of retention aid D, high-strength corrugated paper of 120~170 g/m2 quantitative were produced. When the adding location of retention aid D was behind pressurized screen, the dosage of C was from 0.2 kg/tons of paper to 0.35 kg/tons of paper, the concentration of the white water was basically controlled at 0.25% to 0.35%, and the average retention rate increased by 7.6%. Retention aids can reduce the concentration of white water and increase the retention rate. Comprehensive analysis can be concluded that the effect of D is better, so the final choice of D as a component of the retention aid system.Deinking agent E is a complex liquid deinking agent. When the application of deinking agent was carried out in the production of coated white board paper of 200 g/m2 quantitative, the gain of the white degree of deinking agent in the flotation cell is essentially the same as the sodium soap; but the use of deinking agent is less than the original one. At the same time, when the application of deinking agent was carried out in the production of coated duplex board of 170 g/m2 quantitative, the white degree of the agent at each point was better than the original one, and the final pulp brightness was also increased by 3 degrees than the original one, In addition, the use of deinking agent was less than the original one. From the operation point of view, the liquid agent, do not need to dissolve, can be directly added, and the drug does not need to match the use of surfactants, and therefore the use of the drug is easy to operate.Bleaching agent F is a complex inorganic flocculation bleaching agent. The discoloring agent improved the color of water from 1# dissolved air flotation obviously, and the drug could reach the same effect in the same treatment, even though OCC slurry was added to the gravity bed.Coagulant G is a compound with several kinds of flocculants. When gravity bed alone treat the flotation slurry, adding coagulant agent G can improve the dewatering of gravity bed and increase the dry degree of the sludge.Scale inhibitor H is a cationic organic solvent. During the trial period of the scale inhibitor H, Medium consistency pump operate stably, and the anti scaling agent H had obvious effect on delaying the scaling of the pipeline.
