This paper just on the basis of analysis of current state that domestic and foreign scholars on the MBD technology and digital inspection technology research, for the problem of inspection process planning in the process of inspection, the technology of digital inspection based on MBD is researched. And the related technologies of contact measurement carried on the thorough discussion.First of all, the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on MBD technology and digital detection technology is analyzed. The basic principles and concepts of transfer process of MBD model dataset and digital inspection technology is researched. According to the data structure of MBD model, the inspection process model is established.Secondly, In view of present situation lack of more reasonable process allocation of digital inspection, this paper analyzes the related factors influencing the process of the inspection process allocation, and put forward a method of process assignment which based on the inspection cell as the basic cell. Taking the set of physical inspection cell as the equipment set, the set of logic inspection cell as the method set, and according to the logic inspection cell of part, the physical inspection cell is generated by the logic mapping method. The physical inspection cell is optimized to form the executable inspection process route, and the inspection allocation is completed.Once Again, research on the inspection process planning based on feature. Analyzes the main factors that influencing the sampling points of measured feature, the influence factors are quantified, and the formula of measuring points is obtained. On the basis of research the existing measurement point distribution strategy, according to the geometric topology relationship of measured features, proposes measuring point distribution strategy that based on improved Halton sequence and the adaptive centroid divided sampling method. The actual measurement is carried out in part, which verifies the rationality of the measuring points formula and the distribution strategy of proposed.Finally, research on these methods that measurement results analysis and the surface quality prediction of part. Using the Fourier transform to separate cylinder error into each harmonic error. According to the physical meaning and the generation mechanism of each harmonic error, the harmonic error is controlled to achieve the purpose of reducing the error of parts. According to the measured data, the actual position is obtained by the method of space point vector, and the part surface quality is predicted by fitting the actual characteristic surface.
